Smriti Irani attacks Rahul Gandhi ,says he insults Amethi people . Rahul Gandhi filed his nomination papers today in Kerala's Wayanad, the second constituency he is fighting from in the April-May national election, apart from his traditional Amethi in Uttar Pradesh.
