While Kejriwal carpooled with transport minister Gopal Rai and health minister Satyendra Jain to reach the Delhi Secratariat, tourism minister Kapil Mishra rode a motorcycle to work from his Yamuna Vihar residence.Only Odd numbered cars to ply on city streets.
