CBI to probe Bengal nun gang-rape case: Mamata Banerjee

Kolkata Gangrape Case: Wary of the fallout of the Ranaghat gang rape case, chief minister Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday handed over the case to CBI. Her decision comes four days after the CID probe drew a blank. "The Ranaghat incident of March 14, 2015 is a very serious matter. The police administration was instructed to take swift action to nab the culprits. They are making their best efforts," she wrote on Facebook.
