Salman Khurshid compares Narendra Modi to a nursery student

External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid has once again stroked a controversy by questioning Bharatiya Janata Party's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi's claim of having received a clean chit in 2002 Gujarat riots and comparing him to a nursery student. Khurshid said, "I don't know of Supreme Court giving clean chit to Modi. A lower court has denied to issue summon to him. It's like a nursery student has scored good marks and thinking himself of a PhD."
