Nirbhaya gang rape case: Delhi High court upholds lower Court verdict

Delhi Gangrape Case: Delhi HC on Thursday upheld death penalty awarded to four convicts in the December 16, 2012 gang rape and murder case of a 23-year-old paramedic.A division bench of justice Reva Khetrapal and justice Pratibha Rani pronounced the verdict in the afternoon. A 23-year-old physiotherapy intern was gang-raped, and brutally sexually assaulted by six men, including a juvenile, in a moving bus.
