Trouble mounted for Delhi Law Minister Somnath Bharti on Wednesday as one of the African women assaulted in a midnight raid in south Delhi accused him of having led the group that barged into her house and attacked them.Delhi Commission for Women issued a summon to Bharti over his alleged harassment of Ugandan nationals.
