Delhi Congress chief Arvinder Singh Lovely Thursday lashed out at the Aam Aadmi Party government over its handling of the rape case of the 51-year-old Danish woman in the capital."Is this the same party that used to protest on the streets of Delhi? And today, the party's chief minister is saying that he will get a study conducted to know why such cases are happening.
