Gorakhpur: UP CM Yogi Adityanath hits out at Rahul Gandhi before 'Swasth Uttar Pradesh’ campaign

Taking a dig at Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi, Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath said that no ‘Yuvraj’ from Delhi will be able to understand the issues faced by Gorakhpur and the efforts required to counter encephalitis. CM Yogi Adityanath said that encephalitis is a serious concern and asserted that cleanliness is important to weed out the disease. He said that the governments in last 12-15 years ruined institutions in UP.
