Shivpal Yadav, the estranged uncle of Uttar Pradesh chief minister Akhilesh Yadav, on Friday made into the Samajwadi Party's first list of 191 candidates for the forthcoming assembly elections in the state.Shivpal Yadav has got the ticket from Jaswantnagar.
