CCTV cameras not installed due to govt's negligence

A critical electronic surveillance project to install 5,000 CCTV cameras across Mumbai, booted just after the 26/11 attacks, has not moved at all. This is because the Mumbai Police wanted to visit London to study its system but the state government did not sanction the trip.
