The Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office is scheduled to hand over former Supreme Court Chief Justice Yang Seung-tae to the court on Monday. Yang is the first former head of South Korea's top court to be arrested as a suspect and face criminal trial.He's accused of more than 40 charges, including interfering in sensitive trials like the one on Japan's forced labor of Koreans during World War Two, and numerous other high-profile cases.The petition being filed by prosecutors is said to be nearly 300 pages-long.
