Chef Smita shows you how to make this delicious recipe at home, do give it a try and let us know your feedback in the comments below.Ingredients:1/2 kg Mutton Mince With Fat2 Onions, chopped2 Tomatoes (deseeded&chopped)4 Green Chillies, finely chopped1 tsp Chilli Flakes1 tsp Garam Masala1 Egg1/2 cup Coriander leaves, chopped3 tbsp Gram Flour (roasted)1 tbsp Red Chilli powder1/4 tsp Turmeric powderSalt2 tbsp GheeMethod of preparation:In a plate, add mutton mince, onion,tomatoes, green chillies, chilli flakes, garam masala, egg, coriander leaves and mix them well.Add gram flour, mix well, cover it and keep it inside a refrigerator for 30 minutes.Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix well.Heat ghee in a pan, take a handful of the mixture and shape it into a big patty.Slow cook the patty on medium flame.Cook the kebabs for 10 minutes on each side.Our Chapli Kebabs are ready.
