Manohar Parrikar had nothing to do with new Rafale Deal: Rahul Gandhi

Congress president Rahul Gandhi said that Goa Chief Minister and former Defence Minister of India Manohar Parrikar had nothing to do with the new Rafale Deal. Rahul Gandhi’s comment comes days after he earlier took a jibe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi stating that Parrikar has “secrets”. Congress also asked PM Modi to take action against Parrikar.
