Decision on arrest warrant on former Supreme Court Justice Yang Sung-tae to be made

A decision on whether to arrest former Chief Supreme Court Justice Yang Sung-tae,... who is being investigated over allegations of power abuse, will be made today, after he was grilled by prosecutors throughout last week.Yang will arrive at the Seoul Central District Court at 10:30AM for his hearing,... where prosecutors will continue to press for an arrest warrant. The former Chief Justice will held at the Seoul Detention Center until the court makes its decision. The court's decision should be released later tonight or in the early hours of Thursday morning.
