Seremban council hopes animal pound will be the answer for stray dog issue

The Negri Sembilan government and Seremban Municipal Council hope that the stray dog problem will end after they complete the construction of an animal pound in Kuala Sawah. The problem has once again caused an uproar after five dogs were found dead on suspicion that they were poisoned.
