Do try it at home and share your feedback in the comments below.Ingredients:-2 tsp Coriander seeds1 1/2 tsp Fennel seeds1 Bay Leaf1 Black Cardamom2 Cinnamon sticks1 Mace6-7 Cloves2 cups Water1 Onion, chopped8-10 Garlic, pods1 inch Ginger5-6 Green chillies1/2 kg Chicken1 1/2 tsp Salt3-4 tbsp Oil1/2 tsp Cumin seeds2 Bay Leaves2-3 Star Anise1 Cinnamon stick2-3 Cardamom pods4-5 Cloves1 Onion, Fried2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste6-7 Green Chillies1/2 cup Curd1 1/2 tsp Salt1/2 kg Basmati Rice, soaked&wahsedWaterMethod:-In a thin cloth add coriander seeds, bay leaf, fennel seeds, black cardamom, cinnamon sticks, mace, cloves, make a potli of it.In a cooker add water, onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies, spice potli, chicken, salt, mix well, close the lid and let it cook for 2 whistles.Take the potli out and remove the chicken and the stock in two different bowls.In a vessel, heat oil, add cumin seeds, bay leaf, star anise, cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, cloves, onion, mix well and add ginger-garlic paste.Add green chillies, curd, chicken, saute it till turns dry.Add the stock, salt, rice, water, close the lid and cook it on low flame for 15 minutes.Our Yakhni Pulao is ready to serve.
