Kelly Ripa, Ryan Seacrest Inspired Comedy In Works At ABC

According to The Wrap, ABC is prepping a comedy inspired by Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest.The network has given a put pilot commitment to the multi-cam “Work Wife.”Written by Michael Ian Black, the ensemble multi-cam will explore the dynamics of “work spouses.” Ripa and Seacrest currently co-host the daytime talk show “Live With Kelly & Ryan.” They will jointly serve as executive producers on the ABC Studios project.
