Do try it at home and let us know your feedback in the comments below.Ingredients:1 1/2 tbsp Oil1 tsp Cumin seeds2 Green Chillies, slit1/4 tsp Asafoetida3 Small Potato, diced1/4 tsp Turmeric powderSalt to tasteWater as required1-1/2 cup Fenugreek Leaves, chopped1/4 tsp Coriander&Cumin seeds powderMethod of preparation:Heat oil in a vessel, add cumin seeds, green chillies, asafoetida, potatoes, turmeric powder, salt and give it a toss. Add water, mix well, cover it and let it cook till the potatoes are done.Add fenugreek leaves, give it a mix and let the leaves cook for 2-33-4 minutes.Add coriander&cumin seeds powder, mix well and turn off the flame.Our Aloo Methi is ready to serve.
