You know the payment options, right?"The robot converses with customers while they make their payments. "Through emotional communication, it may help robots exist alongside humans." A robot is in charge of the international food section at this supermarket.It provides product information and an automated concierge service to shoppers. "It used to be difficult for customers to get information about unfamiliar products on the spot. The robot provides both product information and suggestions."
