Typhoon Kong-rey approaching Korean Peninsula... 500mm of rain expected in Jeju

Typhoon Kong-rey is expected to hit southern parts of Korea this weekend,... bringing heavy downpours and strong winds.  The typhoon is forecast to reach Seogwipo   on Jeju Island at around 9AM Saturday,... with up to 500 millimeters of rain expected in the region.Eastern coastal regions are also forecast to see up to 300 millimeter of rain,.. before gradually weakening by Sunday.
