Massive CD Row: Just before the Chhattisgarh assembly elections, the state Congress caught

Just before the assembly elections in Chhattisgarh, the state Congress unit has been caught in massive CD Controversy.. In a video which has now gone viral, State Congress President Bhupesh Baghel has been seen offering a deal for a CD of PL Punia in exchange of two seats. So, is the Congress already in trouble and is imploding? Although the Congress party is telling the entire episode of BJP's move, BJP has urged the Election Commission to end the Congress party's recognition for this act.
