Watch and learn how to make this recipe and share your feedback in the comments below.Ingredients:200 grams Paneer 100 grams of Boiled Potatoes50 grams KhoyaSalt as required1 tsp Red Chilli Powder2 tbsp Corn Starch1/2 tsp Fennel Seed Powder1/2 tsp sugar2 tbsp chopped cashew nuts1/2 tsp Garam MasalaOil for deep fryingGravy:2 tbsp Ghee1 tbsp Ginger Garlic crushed2 cups Onions1 cup tomatoes1/4 cup cashews 1 tbsp sugar1/2 cup cream1 tsp garam masala1 tsp red chilly powder1 tsp kasuri methi1 tbsp butterMethod of preparation:For KoftaIn a vessel add cashew, khoya, paneer, potatoes, red chilli powder, fennel seed powder, garam masala, sugar, salt, corn flour, mix well and make lemon size ball. Cover it with cornflour slightly.Heat oil in a vessel, fry the koftas and keep it turning until its nice and brown on the outer side.Transfer the koftas on a plate.For gravyIn a mixer jar add onions, garlic, ginger and run it into a fine paste.Heat oil in a vessel, add ghee, onion and ginger paste.Grind cashew nuts into a fine pasteAdd the cashew paste into the vessel containing onion and ginger paste, mix well and allow it to cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.Keep stirring the gravy until it starts leaving the water and then add tomato puree.Add dry fenugreek leaves, garam masala, red chilli powder, sugar, salt, give it a stir and let it cook for 7-8 minutes.Add water and allow it to boil for 2 minutes on high flame.Add cream, butter, give it a stir and add the koftas.Let it cook for 2 minutes and our Paneer Kofta is done and ready.
