Do give it a try and share your feedback in the comments below.Ingredients:For Marination1 kg Chicken1 tbsp Ginger Paste1 tbsp Garlic Paste1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder1/2 tsp Turmeric PowderSalt to taste1/4 tsp Pepper Powder1 tbsp VinegarFor Gravy4 Onions, sliced3-4 tbsp Ghee1 tsp Ginger paste1 tsp Garlic paste1 tsp Garam Masala powder1 tsp Fennel seed powder1/4 tsp Pepper powder1 tbsp Red Chilli powder2 Tomatoes, slicedWater as requiredCurry leaves for garnishingMethod of preparation:For Marination:In a bowl of chicken add ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, pepper powder, vinegar, mix well and keep it aside for an hour.For GravyHeat a vessel, add ghee, once the ghee melts fry the onion in it.Add ginger paste, garlic paste, fry it till the raw smell goes away.Add garam masala, fennel seed powder, pepper powder, red chilli powder, fry them for few minutes.Add tomatoes, and cook them till they are nice and soft.Add water, marinated chicken, mix well, cook it for 15 minutes on medium flame.Our Chicken is ready, garnish it with curry leaves and remove it on a serving plate.
