BJP MLA Ram Kadam has now apologised for his controversial comment that he made during a dahi handi event in Mumbai. Responding to a man's problem of the girl rejecting his proposal, Kadam had said that he would come to the rescue and kidnap the girl, if the boy's parents approved of the girl.
