In a recent incident happened in Madhya Pradesh where a man created ruckus near Vidhan Sabha after he was stopped by traffic police for violation of traffic rules. The man create ruckus and claimed that he is the brother-in-law of Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. He refused to pay fine and did not budge from his claims.
