SWNS Drunk Driver in Bristol

CCTV footage showing a drunk driver, John Rixon, driving around Bristol citycentre - the wrong way. Rixon can be seen driving directly towards oncoming vehicles before being tackled by police on Newfoundland Street. John Rixon had been drinking and smoking cannabis during a visit to a friend in the city and then tried to make his way back home to Wiltshire but got trapped in the city centre.
