65th National Award : 60 Winners boycotts due to President Ramnath Kovind | वनइंडिया हिंदी

National Award 2018 will be delivered by President Ramnath Kovind to the winners in the ceremony. But, he will leave the ceremony in one hour after distributing awards to 11 winners.
