Ranveer Singh To Play Alauddin Khilji In PADMAVATI

Ranveer Singh is a part of Padmavati the upcoming magnum opus from Sanjay Leela Bhansali.Yea this flick is based on the story of Alauddin Khilji and the Rani of Chittaur Padmavati.Deepika would be the Rani and Ranveer would play Alauddin Khilji. For those who came in late there were reports that all was not well between Ranveer and Bhansali as Ranveer has asked for a script when he came to know Shahid Kapur would play Deepika's husband.Anyway we now have a pic shared by none other than Ranveer"s costume designer in Padmavati Ajay Kumar that they would be again together in the historic flick. Not bad and we are now eager to see the preparations.Fans were quite mffed when they heard that the Bajirao would not be part of Padmavati but they can rest now and wait for the big release.For now however let us be happy that all is well in the Bhansali camp and Ranveer is back.
