Tensions rise in Seongju County between residents and police over further base construction on THAAD deployment

The Korean government has begun attempting to carry construction materials to the site of the THAAD anti-missile system in Seongju County, Gyeongsangbuk-do Province, where local residents are protesting against the construction.
