CurdDry Pomegranate PowderRed Chilli PowderTurmeric PowderGaram MasalaMethod:-1. Boil water in a wok and add the bitter gourd to it. Boil for 10 minutes and keep aside.2. Sprinkle ½ tsp. Salt on it.3. Heat oil in a pan and add green chillies, onions and salt. Cook until the onions are golden brown in colour.4. Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and fennel seed powder to the mashed potatoes and mix well.5. Squeeze out the water from the bitter gourd and stuff them with the spiced mashed potatoes.6. Heat oil in a pan and cook the stuffed bitter gourd in it.7.
