Pennsylvania State Trooper Injured in Shooting to be Congressman's Guest at State of the Union Address

Corporal Seth Kelly was critically injured in a shooting just a few months ago, now he will be attending President Trump's State of the Union address as Congressman Tom Marino`s guest.
