Belgium, Paris cancels fireworks show due to security concerns

Belgium and Paris canceled their New Year's Eve firework show fearing a militant attack. The rest of Europe will ring in 2016 in subdued fashion on Friday. There will be increased security in Paris, Berlin's Brandenburg Gate and Moscow's Red Square.James Valles reporting
