Thousands Gather to Remember Those Killed in Montecito Mudflows

Thousands of people gathered on Sunday, January 14, in Santa Barbara, California, for a vigil to remember those who were killed in mudflows and flash flooding over the previous week. This video shows a portion of Sunday’s vigil.At least 20 people were killed and another 28 were injured. Four people remained missing on Monday.
