Waterfall blown upwards by strong winds of Storm Ophelia

Storm Ophelia brought winds so strong it inverted this waterfall in in the Mallerstang Valley, Cumbria, UK.  The footage, captured on October 17, shows the water being blow upwards by the strong gusts of wind.
