Ahead of the crucial sentencing of Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh on Monday, Haryana is all braced up. The Intelligence Bureau has warned of possible trouble, but this time around the state administration is taking no chances. 36 people were killed on Friday following the conviction as a result of which the capabilities of the state administration came under the scanner.
