Dhoni has a chance to break an ODI record which was earlier held by Sri Lanka’s former captain and wicket keeper, Kumar Sangakkara. He is now just 3 more stumpings away to break the record of most stumpings in ODI cricket. He will surpass Sanngakkara with this. Dhoni has done 97 stumpings while Sangakkara has done 99. Also, if he surpasses Sangakkara then he will become the first ever wicket keeper to have 100 stump-outs to his name.
