PM Modi has wished Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on his birthday. "I pray for his long and healthy life," the PM wrote, tagging Mr Gandhi's official account, which hours later, acknowledged the message. Rahul is currently not in the country as he is visiting his grandmother in Italy.
