Kejriwal vs Jung again as Delhi CM hires Bihar cops in ACB

Another battle might be on the cards between delhi govt and Lt governor najeeb jung as CM arvind kejriwal has hired police officers from Bihar for anti corruption branch. As per reports, five Bihar cops have joined Delhi government's ACB without Najeeb Jung's permission.
