Delhi Police Chief Bassi warns AAP volunteers of vigilantism

Delhi Police commissioner BS Bassi said the policy is being rolled out in a hurry and action will be taken against any AAP volunteer who takes law into his hands by forcing motorists to follow the restrictions.
