BS Bassi stirs fresh controversy, says 'Thank God Delhi Police is under Center'

Delhi Police Commissioner BS Bassi today said that if the Constitution permitted his men, they would not hesitate to shoot the accused in crimes against women. Without naming the Delhi CM, Bassi took a swipe at Arvind Kejriwal and said," Thank god that Delhi Police is under Centre."
