China deploys missile system in South China Sea, increasing tension in the area

An advanced surface-to-air missile system was deployed by China in the disputed Woody Island, which is under Chinese control for more than 40 year but also claimed by Taiwan and Vietnam. Images from civilian satellite company ImageSat International show two batteries of eight surface-to-air missile launchers as well as a radar system.
