Kanhaiya Kumar insults female student, fined Rs. 3 thousand

It seems now more trouble is coming for Kanhaiya Kumar as reports have come to fore which says that the Jawaharlal Nehru University Student's Union leader was fined by the University for misbehaving with a girl student. A fine of Rs 3,000 was imposed on Kanhaiya.
