Congress will file a complaint with Election Commission, against PM Modi over his controversial remark in Fatepur rally. Secretary of the Legal and Human Rights Department of the Congress party KC Mittal confirmed that a complaint will be filed over the Prime Minister's 'deplorable' statement during his address. Addressing a poll rally in Fatehpur, Modi said If a village gets a graveyard, it should get a cremation ground too. If there is electricity during Ramzan, there should be electricity during Diwali too. If there is electricity during Holi, there should be electricity during Eid too.
