In another shocking incident, delhi's 15-year-old girl was allegedly drugged and gang-raped by two teenage boys in Bindapur area after offering her lift in a car. Giving the details victim’s father said that the boys had offered the victim a drink laced with seductive and allegedly gang-raped her.
