Add onion, tomatoes, green chili, ginger, olive oil and potato in a blender and make its paste. 2. Now, add this paste in a pan and keep it on fire. Keep mixing it. There is no need of any extra oil because we have added olive oil in food processor. 3. When your gravy become a little bit brown, add salt, red chili powder, cumin seeds and spice powder in your pan and keep mixing it. Don’t let the gravy become dark brown or black. This is optional to add some food color at this point. 4. Now add yogurt. 5. When your gravy become light brown it is the time to add chicken. 6. Put your gas on medium and cover your pan to let the chicken cook. 7. After 15 minutes, open the pan and check the chicken for preparation. If you think this will take a couple of minute more then let it cook and wait. Cook the chicken without lid and let the gravy a little bit thicker. 8. Now your chicken curry is ready to eat.
