Difference in names on certificates common in Gujarat University VC

Ahmedabad, May 10 (ANI): The vice-chancellor of Gujarat University Dr. Mahesh B Patel said Prime Minister Narendra Modi's name on the marksheet and that of the degree are authentic. He added that some typing error in names is common in the Gujarat University. "We receive thousand of applications for change of names every year," he added.
