Red-light camera tickets: how to get out of paying and beat these traffic tickets

Across the United States, citizens are battling cities over the right to use robo tickets aka red-light cameras to patrol the streets. On one side of the argument is law enforcement who believe the tickets cut back on speeding and accidents. Some drivers, however, feel the tickets are unjust and more about profit than public safety.
