Anti-Nuclear Demonstrators Block Entrance to Scottish Naval Base

Approximately 250 anti-nuclear demonstrators blocked the entrance to the Faslane naval base on the Clyde, in Scotland, on April 13, as part of a planned protest against the Clyde-based submarine fleet carrying Trident nuclear missiles. The Scrap Trident Coalition’s #BairnsNotBombs demonstration aims to shut down the base, while also urging voters to back only those UK electoral candidates who reject the plan to update the nuclear missile system.These videos are described as showing the demonstrations outside the Faslane Naval Base.
