Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation's (AMC) two-day long budget session started on Thursday. During the discussion of budget proposals for Ahmedabad Municipal Transport Service(AMTS), VS hospital and MJ library Councillors were spotted sleeping. Some other Councillors were found talking on cell phone while some were found accessing various applications on their smart phones.
