Syrian and Iraqi Kurds battle ISIL in Sinjar

ISIL's main supply line which links its strongholds in Syria and northwestern Iraq runs though the outskirts of the border city of Sinjar.Iraqi Kurdish Peshmerga fighters face ISIL with Syrian Kurds who came from across the border and the US-led coalition airstrikes to help fight their common enemy.
